Built in 1978 by Thrall, this 61’ bulkhead flatcar with Roller Bearing trucks belonged to series 1451-1490 and had a load limit of 186,800 pounds. It was used by Western Pacific primarily for lumber loading. Western Pacific was a Class 1 Railroad formed in 1903 in order to offer another rail option to the established Utah routes of the Southern Pacific.
