The 1954 GMC PD4501 Scenicruiser bus was the dome car of long-distance bus travel. Popular with bus travelers, these high-deck buses offered travelers an all-around view of the passing countryside. The bus type became synonymous with Greyhound during the 1950s and today a few still exist in museums. The die cast metal and plastic model is a faithful replica of the prototype and is a must for any mid-1950s to 1970s layout.
